The fees stated in the sponsorship file do not include taxes.

D Event Turizm reserves the right to reflect in its prices any change in applicable taxes, duties, or levies that may arise.

D Event Turizm reserves the right to change its prices in the event of a significant change in the country’s economic conditions.

Payment deadlines should be taken into account when preparing your budget. 

Cancellation / Refund Terms 

• The final cancellation date for all sponsorships and for registration and accommodation requests is 23 October 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
• Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid by bank transfer to the notified accounts within 60 days of the congress start date.
• All reservations and requests for sponsorships whose payment has not been made by the stated date will be cancelled.
• Relevant agencies must complete all payments before the symposium. A 10% interest charge, based on the total invoice amount, will be applied for each month of payment delay. Otherwise, requests will not be confirmed.
